I'm guessing it's the iTouch limitation, but it's telling me something about requiring a 'Digital Compass'. Anyone else know what this is?

I'd like to give you my money, it's just not working at the moment.

I would've thought the criticism was helpful? Publishing studios pay millions for QA departments, just to have people point out the errors in their stuff.

I guess the internet is probably not going to provide the most educated and precise criticism, but maybe you could take it a little better?

While a lot of what you're saying makes sense (I definitely think that games that have moved beyond pre-production have a much better chance of attracting funds than those trapped in the limbo of perpetual planning) I don't think it's fair to say that Kickstarter is a fad. A lot of people like to claim things are fads when they're simply over saturation. 3D is the perfect analogue. We got stereoscopic, everyone went crazy, then they all started to hate it, now it only gets used occasionally, but for those who enjoy it it is a much better product than the old red/blue.

Double Fine needed kickstarter for this project, it was too much of a risk to jump in with someone like desura, or steam without being sure of a return. This way they were sure that people wanted to buy the game, so sure that a better game is now being made than would've been made through other channels. I can't see how that's a bad thing.

Well, from the video that looked mildly impossible. I hope that is just a 'challenge' chamber, 'cause otherwise it's possible you'll alienate many players and I for one would really like to play this. That said... amazing (if extremely confusing) level design.

Unfortunately I found it a little difficult, either being slaughtered trying to run through it or taking the time to aim and then being timed out. I didn't quite understand the time mechanic, or its purpose here, but I guess it was fun for the half hour before I became extremely frustrated.

Look I may be stating the obvious here but keeping in mind if you're able to port it over to iDevices it's never going to make it past the regulation board and into the app store (copyright material etc.) I assume you are well aware of this and planning to make it available to those who would put in the extra work to get it onto their device. Just saying the average consumer (such as myself) may have no way to access the content you have put so many hours into. Well, on the luxury of my portable device anyway, I'll still be able to get it on PC.

But it's looking good, keep up the nice work :D

Absolutely fantastic, the music is seamlessly in style with the original's ambient electronic atmosphere.

Or something else ridiculously verbose :P
No but seriously, it is rather good, I repeat the above, who's the artist?

Look, you can call me retarted or shameful or whatever but I tried ever so hard to play the first two fallout games but alas I could not, I only ended up getting lost or brutally murdered every time something more dangerous than a rat appeared. So while the boxes sit there ever taunting me, I'm glad somebody's trying to recapture that in a newer more user friendly experience. Keep up the good work!

Okay, first a question.
MP is fantastic but the only problem I have with mp mods is they tend to drown in the ocean of similars, the player base isn't consistent. This is really awesome but does it have AI players and if not, are they ever going to be implemented?

Now that I'm finished with dreariness... It looks awesome!

I would recommend units being able to stand in the same tile as health/suit regens in order to give them a bonus, as well as toxic tiles that damage all but zombies. Recommend a 'manhack swarm' combine unit, a 'rebel crossbow' unit and possibly a 'combine advisor' unit. Remembering that metrocops are still human an 'insurgency' ability; turning metrocops into rebels mightn't be a bad idea. (EDIT: which may mean the need for a 'rebel insurgent/refugee' armed with a pistol or crowbar...)

Anyway, just opinions, it's nice to see something different.

A 40K mod that hasn't died due to the team breaking down or GW closing it down? O_O
That's worth the download in itself!

Okay so I haven't finished it but I finally downloaded ep.2 and ended up playing it for twenty minutes, realising a bunch of ep.2 engine mods I had now worked started play THIS and then... well, I looked at the clock and realised 4 hours was gone.

Conclusion: This is better than ep.2

"This will not die" a bold claim considering all the 40k mods I've ever seen, don't get me wrong, this looks awesome and well crafted but I can't recall a single 40k mod for hl2 that actually found it's completion...

LIFT THE CURSE! PLEASEEE!

Music was... Brilliant!
SO SUSPENSFUL IT MADE IT DIFFICUT TO BREATHE! Well actually that's probably just those reversed sounds that screw with my head by still absolutely fantastic work. I think I was expecting drums or strings to jump in at some point and purely because they didn't it became really... I dunno... Mind-screwy? It just didn't sit well with me, but in this case that is totally a good thing.

Sorry, 'in before' as in, before anyone points it out I have made a mistake. That mistake was using the word 'spelt' instead of spelled. Just so someone doesn't go "RAWR, YOU'RE SILLY".

That was honestly pretty good, though I have a few niggles with that story.

I know it's not something you likely thought about much (which begs the question why is it there?) but a total evacuation of Australia? We've had 2 World Wars and the Gulf and no American has even suggested some citizens be deported, sure they could live in industrial oppression or some other horrible fate but moving over 10 million people into a different country? Odd. Sorry, I'm Australian, I couldn't help it.

The population you had stated as 200 thousand, you then go on to state that 190 thousand have been enslaved. Am I to assume there is only 10,000 people in the entire world that escaped the force of what seems to be a single organisation in a single city... Or is this codeism multinational?

Finally, right at the end it should be 'humanity's only hope', the way you've spelt it would suggest there is more than one humanity.

Otherwise, looks nice. Just one question, is this going to be combat centric or something like Dear Esther (for hl2)?
Oh wow, a medic as a Player Character in a single player game... Now that would be awesome.
