2 hours is pretty much the max it takes to beat this. I played it yesterday, explored everything(including glitches) and it was about a 2 hours experience. But the thing is because of the randomly selected audio ques, you'd have to play through it hundreds of times to hear every combination of audio and even then the story is not completely coherent.
Thats what I love about this game; it relies so much on the subjectivity of the player, it reminds me of reading a book. So, if you like it you'll play it two, three, maybe even ten times. ANd you'll figure it out quick if you dig it or not.
