Wehrmacht buddies or what? :D Which game/mod is this btw?
graphics look like RO2... but I don't recall driving SdKfz251 in this game
That is Red Orchestra 2!
Troop carriers were officially added yesterday with one new map to Red Orchestra and three new ones to Rising Storm. Check out the trailer if you're interested Youtube.com
I might do a screen with Red Army buddies when I get a chance :P
Huh, was right :) RO2 was cool but I didn't play it a lot... Still a good game, but it definitely needs more vehicles. Where are Panzers I-III? Self-propelled guns? Tankettes Russian armored cars? Tripwire did bloody good job with all these rare weapons (MKb42, G41, AVS-38), yet they totally screwed up the vehicle part.
I have no idea about the game or gameplay, but I just imagine that the Panzer I-III have no chance against the soviet T-34. That's why they got replaced as soon as possible, the only german tanks that played a role after the introduction of the T-34 in 1940 were the equal Pz. IV (also the StuG III as tank destroyer), from 1942-1945 the superior Pz. VI Tiger, the Pz. V Panther ofc and the Pz. VI Ausf. B Königstiger.
So much to history :D
I do have already seen the tank gameplay, and it's basically the thing what's missing in World of Tanks :D
You've only got 3rd person view there, right?
Well, this is IMO one of the most realistic/immersive WW2 online FPS which takes place in and around Stalingrad. It has a single player but meh... the AI is very poor it's multiplayer where this game kicks ***.
There is a little something in game for such a tank lover like you... Mashthosebuttons.com ... first person view in tanks.
It's really cheap on steam too! They even added Rising Storm - a standalone expansion. It resolves around islands in Pacific and battles between 'Murica and Japs.
Nice sky, looks almost like SWTC.
Heh, what a coincidence :P
