Sorry to announce that I have failed all your expectations by giving up development for this project. So much time has passed with so many things that have happened, I am just getting older with my passions fading. I believe we all do.

I dont know how to fix your problem, My mods are not fully loaded either, I cant play Spanish civil war in HCTM cuz it isnt shown up in my Mods option, and I cant play it by using shortcut

OK look i figured out how to use the exe. under steam version cod2's main director, copy and your steam.dll under your steam's main director and paste it under your cod2's main director and your mod folder's director, it will become usable, when here comes a new problem, when i click on the Hard Core Tactical Mod.exe which was accordingly linked to the CoD2Sp_s.exe, it shows "out of memory error. you are probably low on disk space call of duty2",anyone knows how to fix it?I got plenty of ram space, so this is normally not possible
