I looked through the conflict with MO2 and your mod seem to be using old enhanced_animations.script, so i replace it with the version from Original mod and it work normal again.
Edit: Look like Cannabis patch is using old enhanced_animation.script
Weird, install this and the knifing animation have a delay with a little woble like vanilla after taking loot
