You cannot download the Units mod .. It isn't finished .. The rest of the mods that Dubontime has made are either on hold, or have gone dead.
If you have a Windows computer go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\505games\1C\Men of War
and create a folder called Mods, and extract the whole mod (whichever one it is that you want to play with into that folder) - You can use WinRar or WinZip for this .. can only use it for a limited amount of time
Then run the game and when you are at the main menu go onto options .. then click on mods ... and click to activate the mod of your choice .. simple
