Wonderful fun and very thematic, but a little rough around the edges.
And excellent mod, and base for submods, that at its best exhibits very high quality and wonderful Middle-earth themed spectacle but remains a little too reliant on both the movies and vanilla Med 2 gameplay to be truly exceptional.
