Warmonger, I have the same gfx card as you. lower planets to med,and buildings to low, and you should be able to run ships at highest. That's what I do, since you will be looking at the ships more than the other stuff.

Are the pacts worded correctly?
As Feds I made a pact with Klingons
And it stated
Klingon Tech
Share tech and assets with the Dominion?
I seen a few other seemingly misquoted in the pact section.

Considering each race has already a Titan per se I don't believe you will get much flak in this community about a Rebellion upgrade. You and your team have given us enough toys to play with.
Between this update and the real Rebellion I think we will have our hands full for awhile....+Skyrim lol
Btw the skybox in the new screenshots look great.......
