I really enjoyed this mapset. Overall it's extremely well done. The gameplay modifications weren't necessarily to my liking and I really hope in the future you make a sterilized version because I'd love to play this with DarkDoom and a slower paced more tactical gameplay mod like HDest, LITDoom or Deathstrider for maximum spookiness. All in all tho, I give this a 8.5/10. Very awesome mapset!

Having these two lines in the SNDINFO file is not only unnecessary but also screws with the sound design of some mods that have their own custom falling sounds. Would be best to remove them in the next update.

I've been playing with this lately and I've been loving it. However there is one minor issue I have and I noticed it in some of the videos posted here as well. For some reason commas (,) and periods (.) appear at the top of the text line instead of the bottom. So a comma looks more like ' than like , Is there a known fix for that?

How I did Dragon's Breath rounds is to just make the bullets explosive and give them an extremely small AOE blast radius. It can be done with normal bullets. So to make Frag rounds you could just do that to Slugs.

For my mod it was mostly just visual. They didn't deal a ton of damage but you can tweak the numbers till you find something you're happy with.

Yes but doesn't completing mission successfully give you more rep than just killing people? From what I remember the harder the mission the more rep it gives.

Sorry for not being around guys but RL has been kicking my *** lately. I have no idea if/when I'll be able to return to Anomaly for more modding as I currently don't have the time to dedicate to this. However, it should be a simple fix. All you have to do is find which icons he uses for his unique armors in the ui_icon_equipment.dds and copy/paste them from his file to mine and that should work.

Just open ui_actor_hint_wnd.dds with an image editor like Paint.net or Photoshop and copy/paste the health bar area from my mod to the one you're wanting to change.

Try deleting actor_menu_16.xml located in gamedata/configs/ui that seems to fix the issue for some players having this issue.

I had a similar issue when developing my hud. Try deleting actor_menu_16.xml in gamedata/configs/ui and see if that helps.

Uninstall any addons you might have installed and then go to the tools folder and use verify-install.bat to make sure none of your files got corrupted.

Wow. I totally forgot to follow up with you. I'm sorry about that. Anywhere here's the process: You can use the in-game weapon HUD editor to make this process go 20x faster. Launch the game in debug mode, be sure Toggle Aim is turned on, aim down your sights, press F7 and then 3 and that will bring up the weapon HUD editor. Use the arrow keys to select the value you want to change and then use Numpad2 to decrease the value and Numpad8 to increase it. You can also hold shift while pressing Num2/8 to increase the values by 0.0001 instead of 0.00001 increments. After you're done, save the changes and close the game. There will be a new file in your gamedata/config folder called temp_hud.ltx You can then use the values in that to edit the values in the weapon configs.

You can always try loading up the .ogf in the OGF Viewer of AXR Toolset and follow the filepath to the texture if you're looking for a specific one to alter. Other than that, I'd say just load the textures up in PS or GIMP and if you think they look too clean then scuff them up. :D

Probably some kind of leftover from the original mod. I wouldn't recommend changing file names just in case it breaks the filepathing and you end up with solid purple models.

I use DX10, commenting out line 132 does work. As far as particles.xr I have the one from Ayykyu's Particles Remade but there isn't a particles.xr that came with this mod. It seems as though it's crashing because it's trying to call up a texture that doesn't exist. OH, this is for the latest version uploaded 10/30

Yup. Mod is 100% completely Dead. That's why it's currently in the #1 mod slot on ModDB and has been for the last 2+ months and currently has the most active comment section and addon section... Totally Dead. Don't bother with it at all. Devs gave up. Uninstall.
