How can I uninstall the mod? I deleted the mod folder and can no longer find it, so am I stuck with this mod forever? I would uninstall my game, but i've heard that does nothing and the mod will still be there?

So I just downloaded the Total Immersion Mod. and I don't know where to download it to? so what is the destination folder?
Especially for the Third Age Total War 3.2
