Can you make a mode where you just play with infantry, and maybe light vehicles like the Humvee?

Sorry was logged out for some reason; you can find MC on Steam. Its easier to install and, I believe, is a finished product.
Can someone give me a step by step on how to install this with my Steam CoH?
Oi, now its giving me a command prompt screen...
Okay,
I've downloaded 1.019, added COH to steam via activation codes, I extracted the files to the CoH Relaunch file, made a shortcut of 'Moder Combat Launcher' on my desktop. However, When I click it, it pops up with a white window for a split-second then does nothing.
I have hard copies (disks) That I use to play CoH along with ToV, OF. Is there any way I can still play this? I could before but I had to redo my computer a while back.

No, they are saying it's similar the model in MoW. That's if my Russian is correct, I believe it is, but I am still rather new the language.
I've been playing this mod since it was originally created. Its gone through some tremendous overwork and I applaud the development team for that. But with this latest iteration, I've noticed something. When ever something gets totaled, most usually a tank, a yellow cube will often appear. It says: "Missing LUA, the there be panic, consult the warning.log for answers". This doesn't happen to every tank that gets wiped out, it randomly occurs. But in more lengthy matches I have with the AI, more of them do show up.
I'm getting yellow boxes every now and then when something gets destroyed, usually a tank. It says:
Missing LUA;
Let there be panic.
Check the warning logs.
How and where do you install it in the SoGE?
Nevermind, I found it--but when I extracted the files to the folder, nothing changed.
will this work for NON-STEAM GOLD EDITION? Because I only have the discs, I don't have it on Steam.
