Its a somewhat good mod, but the way psy stuff is handled is awful and makes for a terrible experience when dealing with it, and at least for me it soured the good time I was having with the mod whenever I had to deal with it.
Dealing with the pseudodogs psi-strike was fine and manageable as long as there were only 1 or 2 but good luck getting to the bar if theres a pack of pseudodogs at the entrance, and then there's the Controller...
Controllers now have a psi-field around them that gets weaker as you get closer to it, the biggest problem with this is that it drains your psi-health VERY fast, so even if you manage to get close to them you'll likely die when they use a close range psi-strike, they can also run away to hide or find cover so you might not even see it hiding in a bush or sitting in a house while it happily drains your psi health through walls, they also have lots of health, it can take a M203 grenade point blank and live... 3 grenades hitting it spot on is what it takes to take a CONTROLLER down? How much health does this thing have?
This is what happens when modders playtest with god mode on.
All the other mutants are fine, take a look at Snorks for example, they're not the little cocaine addicted schizo freaks that they are in most other mods, they're actually manageable here.
But checking the mod's page on ap-pro it seems to still be getting updates, so maybe the psi-field will get weaker so you can actually fight the controller instead of having to get lucky with the X16 controller getting stuck and then having to dump 2 full AK mags into its back...
Still stuck with it to the end though!

Really good, it does crash often but if you can move past that you'll enjoy your time in the Zone with this one.
A great mod that can be further expanded with great addons, be it for more complexity or realism, you will find something to make this even better.
Excellent and easy to get into.
Its a great mod, too bad its dead...
