if you downloaded from desura go to \Desura \Common \erie\ Engine\Config\ BaseEngine.ini
open with notepad and search (ctrl+f) for system settings..
change ResX= and ResY= to a lower resolution or even higher ( i changed mine to 1920 x 1080)

great game..things i would love to see

save option ( maybe the tagging as a quicksave?)
way to defend (a metal pipe(lost when used) or something that you can use to stun the creature so you can get away)
other characters beside you and the creature (either alive or dead(dead would be better for the feel i think)
maybe some sort of intro cutscene (why are you dropped in a sewer that leads to that facility?)
