Is the rar. file still working? download it again to play and it doesn't work. Neither previous versions

Playing as Persia, need to know how to conquest my cores in Transcaucasia while it's a substate from the Russian Empire. Went to war with the russians and there wasn't a single cb to take my cores or to release/take Transcaucasia from the sphere or anything like that!ended up with a white peace and scratching my head. Been playing for years the mod and it's a work of art. Ty and pls answer when you can, cheers!

Wow, just discovered this mod and BOY! addicted to it. One thing is not clear that bothers me, what are superstates?¿ once in a while I get the event to create or develop superstates and I don't really know what are. Ty! AMAZING mod and quality/quantity of events.
