SanctuaryRPG: Black Edition

Game review

Great game but I wish it didn't have some of the crude humor.

XNA

I've only used it for 2D games, and for that, I really like it. I used it to submit 2 (and soon to be 3) games for the Xbox 360. It takes a while to learn but if you look up tutorials online, learn why each command does what it does, and practice a lot, you'll soon learn how to take advantage of it and make a great game.

One thing that I don't like however is the way it saves games. I've had trouble using the code for it because it's pretty complicated. I had so much trouble that I only used it for a single game. Now I only used this feature on the Xbox 360 so I don't know about Windows Phone or PC.

In my opinion, it's a fine product once you know how to use it.

Been using it for years. Fantastic little program. You can use the drag and drop if you don't know how to use the language since you can get the same effect, but I prefer writing down the code. However, for a small piece of code, the drag and drop works wonders.

Papers, Please

Game review

The hype for this game is true. It looks simple but it is indeed a very well crafted game for a subject that doesn't sound too exciting. It gets your nerves all tense because you have to figure out whether documentation presented is legit or a fraud. Sometimes random events will happen as well. My first time playing it, on the second day, someone jumped over the fence and launched a bomb at a guard. I was busy looking at someone's paper work when it suddenly transpired. It was crazy.

I highly recommend this game.
