Its just a glitch. If you used the delorean before the train make sure you fuel the delorean before using the train.

Well time traveling doesn't work either, the weather stays the same no matter what time you travel, the only way to change the wheather is to travel to the last minute of any hour and wait for it to change to the next hour, that's the only way to change the wheather.

This mod means a lot to me cause I love gta and bttf. Time traveling in gta is something I could never imagine becoming a reality. And you guys did it in entaining fashion. Great work so far, guys! Good luck on the next realease. Looking forward to it!
