Now, another problem. It takes a small time to extact mod but when i see the output directory there is nothing. :(

any idea how to extract mesh files and .dds files from .xdb files?

There was a morbidsniper according to notification. so i thank him for link. I thank you a lot for your help in this. Also, when i tried to unpack the HD npc mod using the AXR toolset, i get a list of "can't write file:" and a list of all the files in the mod. can you help me out with this?

I tried. cant find it. ( no download in GitHub, the link from video is dead, etc.) care to put up link for the files? Nvm, I finally managed to download it. HORRAY! thanks morbidsniper

the files don't show up after clicking update. is it because mods are .xdb type?

I just downloaded the game and added:Free Slunk gaming perks,open scopes and dead air tweaks rebalanced.Game crashes on changing settings, starting new game.Same result on trying game without mods. need help.

I think I understand what happened. The equipments on drop have random conditions.In your case, it was a 100%.And based on the fact that u got it from a ded bandit, I can say that the bandit killed and looted a rookie soldier,(A private most likely) and u killed him

Update:Antivirus does not impose any restriction on configurator.
It just plain out doesn't launch and creates no log file.
Launcher for LADCE not working either.
Found a log file in the bins/appdata folder.

guys, if anyone makes the storyline of loner faction to be followable by the army faction, then I will be very grateful.
Btw, I tweaked the relations.Army is neutral to loners and mercs as well.

The LA configurator was actually working usually but suddenly, one day it just stoped.Then it worked once but the game got stuck in loading screen.Then It never worked again.

BTW, the Google drive thingy for LADCE's download quota was reached. any alternative links?

Log file empty.
Reinstallaion gives same result.

You guys need a solid storyline. Other than that, game is too good
