10/10 for making this a possibility, not the best rater myself but I do like the mod, it's very playable, a few bugs here and there but it's awesome. I love the mod for TS on CnCNet called "The Dawn of Tiberium Age" and it's cool that you (sort of) imported it to OpenRA.
Not exactly "Historical Flags".
I just hope it will be nice and be improving over time. :)
9/10 but I would rate it 9/11.
It's basically overpowered mod for Romania, if it can combine with the Death or Dishonor DLC it can be an serious and deadly weapon, if you give it to AI, you basically make an monster.
10/10 just for the memes.
