I've noticed a bug where the crowbar and similar weapons stutter when I fire. I have cl_lw disabled (and also checked if cl_predict was there too). It doesn't seem to happen in BS (which I patched with Shambler Team's patch) however.
EDIT: I used the DPI scaling trick down below on an FWGS build I found on GitHub (FWGS doesn't have the crowbar bug), but you can answer anyways if I ever decide to go back to this version.

It has some new weapon sprites, so you should consider updating this addon to match those. Another thing would be the big turret guns that you see in the weapons testing map and in some maps of Extermination Day, where those still have the black gloves. In addition, one of the first-person execution sprites also still has the black gloves (the assault rifle one).

I think by the other episodes he means "The Mortal Conflict" and "The Impending Nightmare", both of which were Skulltag exclusive but can be re-enabled with the Zandronum 3.0 version of skulltag_content.pk3.

There are two bugs in the Extermination Day test WAD.
One of the lifts in EDAY03 has no way back down if you go up early in the level.
The exit door to EDAY12 is a Yellow Door, yet I don't believe I've ever seen a yellow key in this map. There is a red key and no red doors. Either change the yellow key into a red key, or change the yellow door into a red door.

Freedoom is a free alternative to Doom, and is at Freedoom.github.io
You would need both Doom 1 and 2 to play it, or use the Freedoom versions, but Extermination Day is designed for Doom 2 and Freedoom Phase 2.

Well, it seems that another, but very similar version of the same weapon is required for dual wielding. For example, if you start with the regular assault rifle, and spawn it, you can't dual wield with it. However, rifles dropped by enemies will allow for dual wielding. My guess is that it's coded so that it checks if you have a specific weapon in your inventory, and will replace drops of that weapon with the second version for dual wielding.
