DooM, and some more DooM. Maybe some Half-Life or Shadow Warrior. Possibly a dash of Quake. Only a pinch of Unreal for flavor. And garnish with some Resident Evil.

Takes a good mod like Quake 1.5, and makes it even better and way more balanced/challenging.
Give it some time, learn and adapt yourself, and the higher difficulties become a way more enjoyable experience.
Been playing for years. 1.0 and 2.0, both great. Iffy with weapon skin replacers but great overall.
Great brutal type mod. Scews just enough from the base game to be creative, but sticks to it close enough to not feel like a different game. Beta one was great but lacked content, Beta 2 fulfilled the content part but was very unstable, and Beta 3 is looking to be up even more in content and way more stable.
Join the discord, People there are rather friendly. Great mod. Creator isn't afraid of ****, and is an overall great dude to just hang with.
What I'd call the best Total Weapon and Monster overhaul I've ever played! Keep up the Great work and hope to see more from you soon!
