I would check our website ;)
They take time to make :)
We don't know yet, all I can say is that it's not today.
That's correct :)
We will show content when we feel it's ready. We are hard working behind the curtains and I must say that we are excited about the progress.
Thanks man! For you too! ;)
The exact year is unknown. But it wasn't before 200x so our character artist didn't want to make marines with today's combat uniforms. About the pattern, they will still use the original 'urban utilities' I was only referring to the uniforms looks, gasmasks and equipment. About the callouts, we will do our best. It's still a mod with a focus on half life after all :)
I can't see the image but if you search for operation desert storm on google, you can find some good examples.
We will try to add details like this in our game. If you are interested, we use some inspiration of the military outfits of the Gulf War, Operation desert storm for our basic HECU model. This is because the Black Mesa Accident happend around the same time periode.
This sky is outdated and won't make it to the final product. (don't worry we have a better sunset now) We have atm a sky-list with a timetable. It's more cannon now to the events of half life 1 and blue shift.
We don't have a media update in the near future. But I'm sure we will add some outside area's in the next media update because I'm really excited to share some work as a sky-artist :)
Let's say 14 active members atm :)
Yeah we will try to get something done! :) thanks to clear that out! :D
Yes! We will do our best to get something ready for OBM :)
You can check out our new Dev Blog on our website!
We are currently working with the source 2013 SDK engine.
We don't consider the lens flare effect as Half Life-ish. It's more for Battlefield and COD games. On the other hand you can check out older media updates where we show you some concepts for our HUD. There we try to make the HUD like you are seeing it through a gasmask.
There is a dev.blog on our website, check it out!
You are not rude. We know it's been awhile and we are doing our best ;)
It's not a stupid question. This remake is not only about better graphics but about telling a story. We did already some research on NPC's and we will try to implent different things. I can't tell much about it but NPC's will react on dynamic changes and other NPC's. The AI is an important factor in our game.
I would say, check our website.
Under Research and Development ;)
What can we say more that we are still working alot on it? :) still alive! :D
We are alwayse in need of some good men to fill up our ranks. 3D artists and character artists are alwayse welcome. I can't say the exact number but we are with 20 or so.
We want to expand the game in different ways. Why would they alwayse stop at ladders? *hint* ;)
We will try to expand everything in case of conversations and actions. But with this example, do you mean that you will be able to see that guard from Black mesa mod in our own mod? In that case I'm not sure
We will discuss this in team. But I'm sure we will release it on different platforms at the same time
It won't be released this year. But you can expect something else ;)
Like we said before, we won't use any asset from BMS. We want to create our own version of Black Mesa and Xen. About the music, our composers are still working on it, so nothing is final. We will discuss the M4 and MP5 in the final stages of the game. And about Guard Duty, we are trying to do our best to deliver a great game. It's a personal opinion but I think Blue Shift was a short but great addon.
We are working on it. It takes time but it will be worth it. :)
Hey there! It's alwayse good to hear that people like our work. We know that the expectations are high and that we need to deliver a good product because Opossing Force is a beloved addon from one of the greatest game series. I can say that we are loyal to the original atmosphere but we will try to add a lot more content. I think you will like the final product.
