Most mods that have planned Rush as a game mode have had it as a multiplayer only game mode due to the nature of it, in order to get it to work in single player you would have to code AI specifcally to destroy the radar stations.
If you can get it to work this guy has an M-com model... Battlefieldsingleplayer.com

That tank is already disabled and maybe (In a real life possibility) is used as a target for Anti-tank grenade training. Its a tank, I dont think a 7.62x54 round is going to hurt it.
