Hi my friend.I am trying to make a mod. Can I use its texture?

I do This(i created police riot) for play in my computer.But l don't know If can use in This mod because I used Textures of the walking dead.

I bought a pc gamer and now it's a lot easier to do the scenes.

By the way the mechanic troops are with bug.And every time a zombie kills you the game restarts
