YES Sorry for the lack of updates, so much going on on my personal life, I barely have time for anything anymore excepts work. I have all the major action sequences complete, some areas of the newest level are not quite at the quality I would like, but instead of breaking many things to fix one, Im just working with it. I haven't been able to find much documentation on the shader outside of just install instructions, so I'm not sure unfortunately. I did a quick search through the Crysis console reference and didn't find any settings relevant to that either,

I had to do a lot of tweaking of the time of day settings to get it to where it is now, I can try to make a couple of .tod files with different settings if you like.

Not sure if this is related to your question, but Ive had issues at times with motion blur, usually disabling it and re-enabling it fixes the issue.

WELL! I was able to make an installer for the mod as well as get the level to start upon loading the mod. I have to test this on another pc I am doing a fresh windows install on and if successful i will be posting the newest version very soon.

Actively working on making a version of this that uses an installer to install everything, so far that's progressing a lot more smoothly than I anticipated.
Making a menu is a lot more work than it seems and I just haven't had time to dedicate to that, just designing and troubleshooting the levels is an insane amount of work. I do plan on eventually creating a game menu, I just need some more time to make it happen.

Ive had to take some time off the project for a variety of reasons, for one its been nice to get some sleep, but work resumes as of NOW. I will post a new version of the level soon that addresses several minor bugfixes and I am hard at work on the next level, for now this level is called "Stronghold" though that may change in time.

Im still trying to nail down that pesky AI issue at the end of the level, each time I think I have it fixed it breaks again. I will post an update soon once I have it resolved.

Oh, and I went on a major bug hunt last night. The issue with the blinding light in the town-hall is fixed, the issue with the AI not following you at the end of the game is fixed too. I will have another upload soon with these fixes included.

The mothership level is a test level,It gives you an idea of some of the stuff Im prototyping for later levels, I probably should have removed that. As far as the performance, I went from 21fps to 31fps in the opening part of the level and the fps increase was consistent throughout the entire level. I tested this over and over again to make sure I could confirm the results, are you not seeing any fps increase at all? Not sure what you mean about the shaders, are they not working?

Ive made some mostly minor changes to the level that get the fps up a few frames in most areas, still low fps in the areas with big draw distances though. Once I have all the changes in place I will upload a new version of the level, which will be soon.
I saw your video you made Andrew and I made some changes based on a couple of issues I saw you have while playing as well, trigger issues, etc. I also noticed you had some different ai behavior than Ive seen on my system, When I play the AI are much more reactive-aggressive than I saw on your playthrough, what difficulty level were you playing on? thanks.

Ive been playing around with my level and what I found is that the frame drops stay consistant, even with all the extra mods turned off, there is no change, so the issue is level optimization, obviously thats on me, Im still very new at this , I have a lot of work to go do now...

So Ive been playing around with this and I discovered something interesting, its not photoreal that's killing performance like I thought, its the HD textures. Im trying out the remastered mod but having issues with it. I'll update on this after Ive had a bit of time to mess with it.

I have 2 other levels in various stages of completion now, one of them is very much an alien level, I actually made a custom small alien ball shaped drone unit using nothing but flowgraph that floats around and zaps you with something like a particle beam.
I also have a very large alien unit which you can see in the pictures i posted for the mod that is able to cast a force-field around itself when hit, the rounds will impact on the shield instead of the unit itself until it sustains a certain amount of damage.

I re-uploaded a 2gb version of the file, the one you downloaded was the wrong one lol. As much as I wanted to integrate everything, there are several reasons I didn't. (legal and otherwise) I may reconsider, I just dont want to step on anyone's toes by using their work without permission.

I had an issue with the file upload accidentally used the one that had a bunch of test stuff in it, I'm re uploading the correct file now, it will be up shortly and is much smaller 2gb, vs 6gb.

There are 2 issues currently, 1 the AI in the final battle is working intermittently, 2 the final cut scene broke when I made a change to the level. All else works, a big holdup was mission objectives, I had to sort a bunch of issues that came up there too. The objectives are fixed now, every other feature works except for those last 2 mentioned above and I anticipate having those issues fixed very soon. Right now I have the ai path-finding to an objective, I may have to use ai paths instead to make it work better, and I have the cut-scene almost halfway repaired. I will update asap, though I give my word this will not take much longer!

The release of the first level is nearly here! just a few fixes left and were good to go! Some new content has been added since the last update and I'm resolving some minor issues associated with it. The vast majority of features are working great though, I will post an install guide when I upload the map, hopefully just days away. Thanks again!

I'm having an issue with my mission objectives, they suddenly stopped working in game, but still work when playing in the editor, I'm at a loss why it happened, and nothing seems to work, does anyone have any ideas? thanks.
