Because it's not DirectX 10. It is just a pack of graphical modifications. Sorry for the late answer, but I was not online here for a while.

Does v2.0.1 support xbox 360 controller? I'm not using a controller. I'm just curious, because it's not included in the ReadMe.

The .exe is in the 'Binary' folder. I think it's called UDK.exe
