Carter special is not on the list of weapons for the game.
It's still in development. We know about these, many people commented the same. We'll fix both, the stunner is definitely too slow. Wraith HP and weapon efficiency will be adjusted when we implement the main RPG progression system.
No. The game is still being developed, but we are working on it only in our spare time which isn't always much.
It's a stand-alone game. In the first version it will be only multiplayer. We may add some single-player campaign after release.
We plan a weapon customization system to attach optics, holosights, silencers, etc. That's also the reason why we didn't use the same version of P-90 as in the series, but rather a one with rails.
We are not planning to release a demo. But we will hopefully publish a gameplay video soon.
There will be persistent world like in MMORPGs, but UDK currently supports only 64 players per server, so unless our programmer writes his own network library it will consist of a number of small servers linked together as parallel realities.
In most cases missions will be in fully interactive environment, although we are thinking also about instanced environments. PvP duels will take place in arenas on alpha-site planet and in gym on Atlantis.
We are still trying to contact MGM, unfortunatelly without any response. We are planning to have presumably sponsored servers.
There will be an underwater civilization on one of the planets :)

We used this version rather because we plan to create a system for weapon customization, so player can place sights, flashlights, silencers etc. of his own choice.
