It does not contain a virus. The problem only seems to apear if you have Norton AV installed. The installer file might have a pattern that looks like some kind of virus or something. The Zero Hour version doen't seem to have this problem. But trust me, it does not contain a virus, I wouldn't dare to put a virus in my own software.

You cant select a install path because it needs to be installed in the Generals folder that is in the My Documents folder.

Once again, the C&C Generals version contains all techlevels, the C&C Generals Zero Hour version contains tchlevel 10, 9, 8 and 7 only. The missing techlevels still need to be done.

The Zero hour version is only at stage 0.3, which means the other techlevels still need to be done yet. The normal Generals version contains all techlevels.
