SOLUTION:

To the ones that encountered the same problem as me: You have to make an folder in the main MoW folder, called 'mods' without the ' and then extract the mod into there. Once you did that to have to start the game and go to options in the main menu, then go to mods and enable the cheat mod and it's fixed :) thanks to WhiteSnoop for the answer and this great mod :D

Okay :/ well, maybe somehow it will be fixed just like the 3.3.1 did fix most of my maps. :)

I have redownloaded the mod and deleted the old folder as I did before but the same maps still don't work :/. I also don't see cheat mod standing anywhere on the main menu. I think the only logical explanation is, that is that way because of steam... The low armor cheats works like a charm though, thanks :)

Thanks for your answer :), I always use the select mission button ( no save it starts from the beginning). But do I have to select start a new campaign? Maybe it is because I am running it via steam?

I've tried the new version and it solves most of the mentioned things, well done! However though, at The allied mission Arsenal, the German mission scorching sands and the Russian missions Baptism by fire and chasing shadows still do not support the cheat mod, they work just normally but without a cheat menu. That's it :). I had a little request but I don't know if it is possible; maybe you can add shortcuts. For example: you place the cursor where you want and then you can press F1(or another button) to spawn it.

Awesome mod man! It is really fun to burn everything down with flame throwers :D, unfortunately it doesn't work on all maps though and the last stand mission of the Russian campaign crashes while loading. But overall I did like it! :D
