i believe its because the detector position is tied to your weapon position afaik. pretty sure theres an upcoming change for that according to the anomaly discord but unsure of the date. you just have to put your weapon away when you use detectors unfortunately until then

we really need a "check magazine" function to make playing without the hud actually viable. just a suggestion :) great mod and runs pretty stable for something on the vanilla engine

it does not. i believe you need dx9 or above. i tested on dx8 and it instantly crashes but works on dx10 which i usually play on

dont think its working with latest update (update 4 with hotfix 8). option doesnt show up at all in the dialogue menu like it used to.

you can get Atmosfear and Absolute nature/structures to work with gunslinger after a quick google search. definitely enhances the experience
