I really like this art style. The music is right on too; looking forward to the hour-long version!
Keep up the great work guys!
Lookin' good so far!
The art in Spirit is brilliant. Simple but thoroughly elegant; each screen is a pleasing composition of well-balanced shapes and colors. The music complements the art quite nicely; playing the demo's a very tranquil experience, although you may want to consider changing or reducing the dialogue sound effects.
My favorite line so far:
Melwood: "...He was the nicest birdy I ever saw."
"One day he bit my finger, so I fed him to my dog."
Congratulations, and good luck on those stretch goals!
Congrats, guys! Makes me glad to see classy puzzle games like this one being honored at these events. AAA companies haven't been releasing too many titles that make gamers think; almost all the innovation is coming from the indies these days.
Keep up the great work and good luck!
Nice animations, really dig that spear spin! Tiles look great too!
I see in your stretch goals you're thinking about a level editor.
I wholeheartedly approve of this; you might even consider releasing it early and doing a level design contest to boost publicity.
Good luck! I'm looking forward to the next update!
Breakables, excellent! I think level design contests are a great idea, I'd enter.
Hope you go with the Kickstarter and support the crowd-funding scene. Game backing has skyrocketed these past few years; now there exists a plethora of resources for indie devs going this route.

Keep up the good work, I'm looking forward to the next update!
So good. Just so goooood.
Been a bit since I checked in on this game, sure is coming along nicely!
I really dig the Sidian boss. Keep it up man!
Those character portraits look great! I'll be keeping tabs on this game!
Quite excited for this! Keep up the great work!
This is so fantastic. Love the Greek and the game font, art is very cohesive.
Thanks for going into detail on the prefab system. I plan on learning Unity very soon and these articles are quite helpful.
Excellent! Really looking forward to it!
Really excellent pixelart! Good luck on the kickstarter!
I really dig this! The art style is fantastic, and the gameplay has some serious potential.
Keep up the great work!
This looks excellent! Sort of like Final Fantasy meets Beyond Good & Evil. Pitch looks great, I'm sure you'll get funded; hoping for some of those stretch goals!
You guys clearly have a passion for game development, keep up the fantastic work!
Neat stuff! I like that you're including level editing/sharing, and the replays are a nice touch.
Keep it up!
The BB should throw those peasants a few coins; that banner's looking mighty ratty.
Seriously though, keep up the good work guys!
How customizable? Load an image, in-game paint/stamp feature, or pick from a set?
I really dig the style! Simple, but very elegant and cohesive. Subtle effects like the sunbeams and the contrast levels at various depths make this very pleasing to look at!
As far as news frequency, I think it's time for another update! Maybe some concept art? Eh? :)
Seriously though, keep up the good work guys!
Sieg looks great! The background in his throne room is a bit jarring, maybe lowering the contrast and/or adding some diagonal white lines on the windows to make the stained glass seem more reflective.
Thanks for sharing!
Looks good! Definitely agrees with the rest of the art.
Lamp oil dynamics is a nice touch, I love seeing extra depth in game mechanics like that. Keep it up, and thanks for sharing!
Some good tips here!
The information age has led to a bit of a media overload; 30-second-spots are more frequent than ever. With the current rise of the crowd-funding scene, this information is becoming even more useful. Thanks for sharing your take on teasers.
Good choice of player frame. I sort of feel like the "a" in Grain should be green, rather than the "i". On the other hand, the monster is shaped like the "a", and the "i" is closer to a human/biped shapewise. I guess I'm on the fence. :)
I'm loving the frequent updates! Thanks for keeping us in the loop!
