We often need texture artists my friend. I've been doing a good job of staying on top of it by myself, but having a dedicated texture artist would be helpful. If you have any .dds experience, or Experience with the GECK, our most pressing texture issues revolve around walls, maps and basic sky textures.
Our key areas are currently level design, level building, writing and scripting however. Those are the issues we need to get on top of to see he vision come together. Tall order for free, but I have made quite a few very good friends in this process how have started to help tremendously.
