Absolutely amazing. The lore is there, the sounds are there, the gameplay is there. I feel like I could say that it is better than the original game. It's not halfway-done like most of the mods, but feels like an actual game itself. Amazing.
Been waiting for this for a while - lived up to expectations. Great job, keep up the good work. Did not notice anything major that was gamebreaking, and so far my game is playing out well.
Great to see this revived, but the bugs need to be fixed. Some of the menus also seem to be missing the AI buttons, and the AI controllers do not seem to work very well either. Not sure if intentional or not.
Yeah. I love Victoria II, and seeing this is the most amazing thing ever.
This mod is very well balanced. Not too much, like C2C, but not too little like vanilla civ. It doesn't bog down the game too much, so you aren't sitting there looking at a spinning circle for ages. I appreciate that. One thing though, which isn't enough to justify a 9/10, it seems like it goes OOS quite often, so multiplayer isn't an option with much more than 3 people. Other than that, I like pretty much EVERYTHING about this mod.
Oh, and the goddamn barbarians are too hard. Pls nerf so they only attack once every 100 turns, with warriors.

I think this mod is well done, and there was alot of hard work put into this, but it is not refined at all yet. First off, the soviet structures still copy the Allied and German structures, when they are obviously capable of editing the models. Second off, the Soviet faction should be speaking English, if they want it to be more like a "Relic faction". Finally, some of the sounds and models are not good. One of the soviet husks is screwed up, and is a completely different color, and some of the soviet rifle noises are much louder and much lower quality than the allied ones. I also come across alot of FPS lag issues, and the mod is not stable, crashing often for me. Nevertheless, it is still an incredible mod, although I do feel like the Soviets are a bit OP.
