Fantastic HL2 mod. Definately superior to Synergy in my humble opinion.
Community is also worth playing with.
Maps are VERY fun, such as one where NPCs fight in an arena and players bet and occasionally participate in the arena; Another fun map is one where people are fishing for guns and such.
One that's popular that doesnt really appeal to me is a farm map where people are farming and occasionally fending off antlions from their crops.

Bottom line, Like HL2 Co-op? Download this mod. Now.
