It's a well-made TC that I'd say is on par with many indie titles.
But I feel like it tries to do too much and it doesn't quite work.
The gameplay is fine since it's basically another Duke 3D or Shadow Warrior, same goes for the graphics.
The one-liners are very cringe-y, which may be intentional and the overal voice acting.. again is on par with an indie title.
It's the added mechanics such as R&D and the mission map that aren't as well done IMO.
The map is a bit weird to navigate and strange. Also perhaps a bit buggy, I once clicked on it and got the option to buy a factory even though nothing was shown on the map. I don't know if that's a bug or just the quality of the map interface.
I'd suggest simplifying it with some easy to read simple vector maps with clear icons in stead of badly compressed JPGs. Those are charming when they're small photos, not full screen images.

Overal though I enjoyed my time with it and I can tell it's a real passion project.
