I hope Erestor role in imladris will be changed to passive or something and have conncetion to library as Erestor is Elrond's counsellor . Problem with this spell is player need to pay constant attention due to fast recharge and he can't concentrate fully on battle and then reward for this spell is not that great after all . What do u guys think ?
Game need to see The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king but in order to play a mod u need to make a copy of orginal ROTWK file called for example The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king copy and then install your mod in The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king.When u do this u and if u need another mod u need just rename The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king (with mod) to something else . and then make The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king-copy as orginal file again but again u need to make another copy of this in order to install another mod or have this as backup in order something is going not right .
Just follow insturction and pictures and everything will be fine :)

I edited links to pictures because they were broken
1) make a copy of ROTWK
2)Install you'r mod
3) Rename your ROTWK folder with mod for example to The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king 3.8
4)Rename the copy to The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king so the game would think it is orginal
5) Have fun installing more mods and dont forget to make additional copy of ROTWK if you do something not right
asset.dat is very important he needs to be in BFME 2 edain 3.8 and 4 have both diffrent one some better make backup of them and for orginal one.

Banner : (requiement to build) Mordor Statue (in base to speed up orc recruit) OR banner upgrade through spellbook Y
Overserr : AI will finally learn to use them and overall better system making them more important and easier to use Y

I would increase Saruman base damage from 260 to 350 by defualt. When he become Many Colors he already get 50% armor vs magic :)
I am surprised that none mod yet give Sauron weapon toggle making this way diffrent Sauron than any mod and take inspiration from this deleted scene Aragorn vs Sauron.
I actually come up with an idea Sauron would've have 3 weapon toggles
between Sword , Sword and Mace and Mace .
Defualt Stance: Mace and Sword
Agreesive Stance : Mace
Defensive Stance Sword
Animations
Sword with Mace - Wanilla Angmar WitchKing animation
Sword - Morgul blade attack animation
Mace - current animation
From what i read next update make solid improvment to defensive part of game giving all factions something that give them chance to break enemy aggresion when they are sieged . Mordor get Banner that speed up recruitment of nearby buildings which i think with current Mordor overpowered uncontrolled orc spam make game against Mordor player even worse . Incresing massively lag making game for everybody annoying and uncomfortable . I just want to know how increasing build speed can make Mordor faction more balanced {?}
Banner like all buildings in defensive buildplot will be cheap so any player proably go from start building atleast one even without caring for economy becouse of Gorbag . How Edain Team balance this one ? Slowing down orcs recruit speed and decreasing orc damage helps but wil this be enough ? Additionaly i could recommend making Morgul and Dol Guldor Orcs cost money they shouldnt be free at least cost 250 per horde . I will be honest with u making regular orcs cost at least 50 - 100 helps preventing player from super spam of orcs . Mordor in bfme 1 just had diffrent balance that sadly im not sure can work in edain 4 );
