Haha, Eli should be a stuntman. Have you seen Freddie Wong's (freddiew) YouTube channel? He does some pretty epic stuff with After Effects and I think he has some tutorials floating around somewhere.

Nice head shot effect. Can I suggest pulling out a frame just before/when he gets "hit", makes it look more violent. :P
