Got a question: is it possible to place a model partially in the ground so it looks like there is a hole in the ground (e.g. like the UEF land gantry when building units)?
Cause if so, would it be possible to make an artillery cannon that comes out of the ground from retracting (but so that you can acually see it) everytime it reloads?
Kind of, like a thin, long experimental unit with a large shield wall in front of it (so it looks like a big T from above) and other smaller units can hide behind that shield wall while pushing forward.
Yeah but the Bomb Bouncer has a shield that covers the whole thing.
I was thinking of a shield that protects the front only (or maybe even more like a moving shield wall). Not sure if that would have any strategic benefits, though.^^
I was just wondering if it is possible to make a shield that does not preotect the entire unit but just a certain part of it.
E.g. place two very strong shield "bubbles" at the front of the unit (like a plow) thus giving it a good frontal defense against direct fire while being vulnerable to artillery/missiles from above and from behind.
Just an idea I came up with since I never saw something like that before. :D
How about a research upgrade that adds the stun effect of the Disruptor artillery to it?

And i have a question too: is it possible to deploy ships? Maybe even underwater?
Is the grenade launcher a research upgrade for the Mongoose or is this an even newer version of it?

And a small question: do they act like shields? And if the shield power of one segment is down, will both shield-walls connected to the segment be deactivated or only one?

Does the mod contain a language file (or something like that) which can be edited?
