This is the belly of the beast, it's pretty much the same config as mentioned in my blog. Except I went with a Corsair Force 3 120GB SSD, couldn't justify the extra cash for a Vertex 3 at the time. I reused my sound card, DVD burner and several of my previous hard drives.
Note: the graphics card is one big bastard and the Noctua fans kind of wreck the colour scheme. :P
I just ordered the GTX 560 2GB nice card
Nice rig btw. Sorry im just excited :D lol
Haha, thanks. Are you building a new machine or upgrading?
Upgrading which over time will probably turn into a complete rebuild. But for now just the GPU.
Ah, ok. Sounds like a plan.
I don't know where your gonna found room for that trendy new " Hamster Wheel " power supply unit ;)
Hmm...I shall make room!
Which CPU is that?
Intel Core i7 2600K. Full of overclocking goodness! :P
Upgraded to 16GB of RAM, had to remove one of the CPU heatsink fans...bit of a pain, but worth it. :)
