Yea, 256 colors maximum. Md3 really is the way to go for darkplaces games.

External textures as always. I cant photoshop or gimp so. Is there anyway to not use the quake pallet and still have nice textures in game?

Well, i didnt think it made sense me neither! So i added a large tube like at the magazine like over it. So Theoreticly the shell travels from the mag through the large tube into the body of the gun, where it fires! Should i remake it?
