I can't activate game via the link, it only redirects me to the game page. Was it a time-limited offer?

Tough choice, I want to see that cat in watercolor and he's on every picture.

Demo is available at itch.io page for 1.0.2 version.
It's not a good idea to ask for it here, IndieDB doesn't have a notification system for this kind of messages.

That LinuxGaming one? When I posted an early trailer there, it was just ignored (no comments) and mostly downvoted (about 4 upvotes, 5 downvotes), while posting it on IndieGaming (subreddit with PC players) got mostly upvotes and some comments. Which showed me overall attitude from Linux gamers.
Although any chance is a chance, maybe I will make and upload it before release.

Not at the moment, only after game release.
There's no point to make and upload Linux demo if nobody plays even the Windows one.

That's a great animation! I love the way you do it.
I see a Super Famicom there ;)

I thought "Disbeliever" actually scared away the players.
I found out that it's a word which religious aggressors use for people who don't believe in their gods.
I needed something more universal, something which people understand in all countries.
"Dogma" is overall better: sounds easier, easier to remember, easier to tell.
Both suit the game.
Search in Google will be harder, but I love the new name.

Kickstarter is not available at the country where I'm living.
I'm not sure if IndieGoGo is available or not, but they're PayPal only. PayPal had appeared only a year ago here and showed that they're horrible company.
You can read a lot of articles how PayPal is ripping off lots of campaigns there, here's one of them:
Indiedb.com
One major one from GiantBomb:

Because it's limited to one copy, there's no point to place it on the site or somewhere else for sell.
You just need to tell me about your will to buy it (and you already did).

Following steps:
1) After some time with preparing, I'll send you the current build of the game (message via PM here)
2) If you satisfied with the current result, it works fine on your desktop and you're completely sure with your investment, pay the submission as a gift on Steam for my account there (https://steamcommunity.com/id/sashadarko)
3) After that we will negotiate your presence in the game (NPC and epitaph), then I'll start to work on it and other "personal" things (signed copy, place in the credits).
4) I'll send you the final pack when everything will be ready

As for the votes - you're making a good point. The game is not just unpopular, it's completely unknown, but I need to start somewhere and IndieDB is not the best option. I need to post it there now (before release), because developers need months to get the game greenlit (one needs about 18 000 votes).
Of course, the presentation should be flawless and target-oriented.
I worried about the censorship, but TLD doesn't have any sexual content and doesn't break the laws of civilized countries (UK, Japan, EU), so I don't see any reason for removal. They have games like Manhunt and Postal, after all.

With such a style and amount of objects/details on the screen you could make a great book in the spirit of "Where's Wally?".

Thanks for such descriptive feedback.
Actually, in the beginning I was thinking about "over the shoulder" camera, but later this idea was declined, because it requires lots of motion capture animations for the fluent movement.
I know that nowadays is possible to do record these animations just being a single individual, using two Kinects and some software. But it's absolutely not possible for me, because I don't have TV, Xbox360 w/ Kinect and the room where I'm living is too small for this anyway.

First of all, from the game site, it's still in development.
Desura would be a second option.
As for Steam, I need 100$ to enter Greenlight. Since I'm out of any money, I would need to start a little crowdfunding campaign somewhere for that.

The description of the game has been changed and extended, there's a whole new section about story, I did my best to explain it.
If something still not clear, let me know via PM.

It was from the early version, now graphics are much better.
Unity, but obviously with lots of custom stuff (for example, shadows system is completely replaced on some levels).
I can't even say that this is the engine at all, since it can do nothing out of box and you need to replace everything (except the physics engine, it works fine, it's a PhysX after all).

Interesting discussion you have here.
Actually, not all grass is green there. But it's an early autumn, mid of September. 9:00 AM morning.
Every level has different colors/atmosphere.

As for Linux version...only if somebody with Linux OS will appear to test it before release.

HIS complete?
The game ends with "cliffhanger" otherwise it wouldn't be even released because of the amount of work for one man.
There's "Sacred Line: Genesis", a Sega Mega Drive/Genesis version of this game which extends story and explains a lot of things, will be released this autumn.

By the way, the secret ending provides another point of view at the whole story and kinda makes it complete in terms of plot. It's an "easter egg" though.

You need chmod 755, it's stated in game description.
Quote from some Mac user:
"it is a typical problem with mac builds from unity. To get it to work (because it would quit immediately) , I had to type something like this:
"chmod 755 /Users/USER NAME/Desktop/Sacred_Line_1.2_Overhaul.app/Contents/MacOS/Sacred Line""

Demo is fantastic, very interesting and professionally made game. Also liked black cat which follows you, it's a great moment :)

I can report some bugs, maybe you don't know about them: 1) little collider bug in graveyard location - you can walk on the air in some spot 2) first time I played two graveyard monsters doesn't appear, then I rebooted game and they showed up (game is also changed its language to Indonesian after reboot for some reason)
