Is your Generals game fully updated?
(It's a mod for C&C Generals. Not for Zero Hour)
And is it the English version?
If yes, then I don't know why the serious problem occurs.
If your game isn't fully updated or not the English version then this might be the problem.

Yes, it's a *.big file, and no, it isn't compatible with zero hour.

Sorry for the mistake about the Chinas Nuclear Reactor costing 15,000.
I will release V1.02 later today and it will cost $5000 but only China will start with an extra $5000.
The USA's Cold Fusion Reactor will cost $2000 and its Control Rods upgrade will cost $1000.

It gives The bit weaker GLA an advantage coz they don't use Power Plants.

Yup, it's now out, you can download it from the seam loaction. Now you can play with the GLA side.
And a few small chnanges where made.

It's under "Contact / Action Options" to the left of this post... and a little up...

after you clicked the link and download it, you need to open the zip file you downloaded.
I assume you have a zip program. if not visit www.winzip.com to download the zip program - evaluation version.

After you unzipped the files from the zip file, open the CCGRM1.0.exe file, and follow the instructions.

The default location to install should be fine.

Beware that in this version GLA has a problem.
You can just wait till I release version 1.01 which will be soon today hopefully. This version will fix the problem.

There is a problem with the GLA side.
it cannot be playd right now with the mod.
