Ok i found command to disable grass "RS_DETAIL OFF" in anyone is interested, it gives nice FPS kick for a price of grass but trees and bushes are still there so it's not that bad.

I am not really sure if it's only for the grass it might disable something else as well but i haven't noticed anything than grass disappearing yet.

Tried that and it won't let me, lowest value is 0.22 even with that it seems there is shitload of grass everywhere. ;/
is there a way to disable grass ? Since i cannot play on R1, and my PC is not the best friend of R2 or R3 and i know that disabling that grass would improve performance a lot, can anyone help me out ?
I was playing R1 until i reached bar section where i got CTD if played on R1... ;/
why i haven't tried that before hah, switching from dx9 to 8 worked!
Can't go through Garbate to Bar transition point, ctd when it starts loading shaders, i am also unable to submit bugs ;/ any one have a solution ?
I had same issue, right click on game's shortcut go to properties/compatibility and check "Run this program as administrator" at least it worked for me.
Also everyone make sure that your operating system is up to date !
Strange, all i had to do is to mark game's shortcut to always run as administrator and all was saved after i restarted the game.
Is there a way to make "quicksave" create new save file instead overwriting existing one ?
Are you running the game as administrator ?
So far game works pretty well for me, although BEWARE of ALT-TAB'ing it begs for CTD...
make sure you run the game as ADMIN !

don't you also have a sensation that each year is passing faster than the previous one ? It's because when we are young and experience things for a first time it stays deep in our memory so we feel that previous years took longer to pass because future becomes the routine.

Yep it's quite annoying in stock SOC but i am sure most of mods available fixes it.
I am also waiting for torrent but as i said it would be better with high amount of seeds to start with.
As you probably know uploading takes a lot of time and in case of a torrent which will no doubt be damn popular they need to upload it to as many seeds as possible so most of leechs can have decent DL speed. 1 Seed vs xxx0 people would be slow as hell.
Download is not public anywhere yet and as of timing i am pretty sure they will use UTC time so everyone can adjust easily.
