Very nice mod.
2 questions though:
- Is the mod Compatible with version 1.5 of Rebellion and if not, when will it be?^^
- Does the new DLC affect it in any way, or did I just made a donation to Ironclad Games? (Which is not a bad thing!^^)

The culture-spread is a problem. Especially against Advent.
Best way to deal with it, if you want to build up your empire slowly and see it growing and prospering before moving on to annihilate the other empires, is to use a map with several systems. Fighting in a one-System map against Advent is really difficult because of culture-spread.
Also keep the enemy and pirates from destroying ships. Destroying enemy ships seems to help as well. Especially capitals.

Is there a possibility to change the deteriorated look into one that looks more like it's still active and inhabited without rebuilding the whole vault again?
