Hey guys! The name's Rykurock. I am the mod developer for the Victoria II: Supernations mod. I also own a small youtube channel where I do campaigns featuring my mod, which you could check out is you'd like. I love Paradox Interactive games with a passion and mainly play titles such as Victoria II, Imperator: Rome, Stellaris, and Europa Universalis IV.

The latest update expanded the end date by about 20 years. So, instead of ending in 1936, the game now ends in 1956.

Regarding the Egyptian issue, I don't see anything that would result in the inability to take that decision. I will look into it, and if anybody else has run into the same issue, then I may need to rework the decision, but it should be fine?

It's possible that you were involved in a 'major war' and have the "no more war" modifer. It goes away after three years and will allow you to begin declaring normal wars. Take Capital and Substate region are casus belli's which aren't incorporated into the modifier just yet. If you are running into issues beyond this.. Then ya, I'll have to take a look at it.

Every patch requires a full redownload of the mod. Basically, delete the old version, and replace the entire mod with the new version.

There's a tutorial video that I made a while back that might be informative, but, admittedly, it's in need of an update.

The issue here, as I just discovered, is that "greater_japanese_empire_ascends" flag was a global flag, whereas within the press Chinese claims it was being referenced as a country flag. My bad. ;p

Declaring only works for specific tags. I might be able to do a workaround by doing an event spam with the triggers needed to limit it to existing countries that possess the provinces though.

You need to own every single core of the Greater Japanese Empire, chances are there’s a core missing somewhere! I’m likely going to update it in the future to make it a bit easier to see. For now though I would check the map and just make sure you didn’t miss anything.

Playing as Walkers Nicaragua is definitely possible! I haven’t actually bug tested the nation, so I’m not sure whether they will be able to avoid annexation by the US. Haha. But I can look into it if you run into any issues!

The Afrika Republic is a substate that Rome can form in Africa after they finish the Parthian Kingdom decisions. Once that is complete you’ll have access to the next decision! 😊

It’s possible to port it! There are some aspects of BAI that are critical to my mod, such as the added war goals, but I could just transfer those aswell. So it’s completely a possibility!

The BAI (Blood and Iron) mod was used as a foundation for my mod! The reason there’s a BAI folder is because for some reason there is a specific file that is directed into the “BAI” folder and if it isn’t included then the mod will crash. I’ve yet to fix it unfortunately!

The Golden Circle events were already a part of the BAI mod that I’ve used as a foundation for my mod. But! The events don’t actually include forming that potential nation. So it could be fun to look into! 😊

The content is almost finished, just some final tweaks need to be made. However, hours were recently increased quite a bit at work due to some people quitting, and I currently don't have a ton of time to work on the mod. The mod update will definitely be released by the end of March though. Most likely sooner.

You'll need to first trigger the form Parthian Client State decision, and then you'll be able to create the African Republic Client State. That will then allow you to move into France!

Eventually! Russia is actually one of the nations that I am looking into making content for next. That and Germany. Russia is a very interesting nation as it was during the Victorian time period that Russia's potential could have been fully realized. Russia could have been the world premiere superpower had it not fallen to Communism which resulted in the genocide of large portions of its population as well as hindering its ultimate industrial and modernization growth. So, tons of content to be had there!

Yes! For some reason the BAI Folder and particularly the document that contains maps needs to be placed in the mod folder. The Mod is an extension of the BAI mod and for some reason part of my mod relies on that particular BAI directory. All you need is the BAI folder, the Supernations Folder, and the .mod file and you're good to go.

You need to make sure that once you get the event "Meiji falls ill" that you let Meiji succumb to the illness. If you do that then Myokogein will be made the Emperor and will unlock the rest of the mission chain for Greater Japan.

Basically you need to hold all cores for the Italy! This pretty much requires you to go after Austria. Then you just trigger the Roman Ambitions event. You'll need to pursue it instead of rejecting it however.
