just cause muscles are falling off doesn't quite mean all of the muscles that haven't fell out yet are useless, and his running could pick up force and when he stops the inertia would move his arms, and he'd just have to move his bod to aim.

all sound good but the fact that he can be seen by flashlight-
that's kinda stupid on account if someone catches wind of that, all they'd have to do is set sensitivity to an high level and just fling their mouse around the map- making his invisibility useless.
