The Infernum Pattern Razorback is another razorback variant which could actually be just a weapon upgrade from what i've seen. It makes me think of a sister's razorback.
That reminds me that the immolator doesn't actually have an heavy bolter or something like that in SS. One of the reasons there are not much anti-infantry vehicles on the SoB side. Mostly because flamers are flamers and melta weapons are not good versus multiple low health targets. Maybe they would benefit from something similar to the razorback.

If you look at the 2nd ed blood angels dreadnought, It could use its Multi-melta in a spread fashion and emulate a heavy flamer.
I think that got phased out pretty quick as it was too convenient.
