The mod needs work, but I can see from the progress made how dedicated the team is to making the perfect Hyrule overhaul... performance is the main drawback here.

Edain has been here for years, Perfect units, great structures and yet, not even close to the standards of other mods, in my opinion mods that have been here for so long should be playable, sadly this one has many crashes and errors (directx 3d and microsoft visual to name a few) I have asked around for help and no one can say why the mod does what it does, I tested this on a custom map and some of their maps all ending with errors after about 30-40min in game, Sad how mods like AotR, Botta, Dagor Dagorath and even Master Hero mod all focused on game stability before focusing on making the mod look beautiful... will Edain be able to fix this in the future? I think they will just add a new faction and few units rather. Sad/ Update edain mod team has contacted and explained that they are addressing the issue.
Edit: they bloody fixed it! awesome experience with the last few games played using this mod, did not crash even once, no out of memory issues or unexplained crash to desktop as usual, it works perfectly now. Keep it up!!
One of the best mods thus far, these guys have come a far way from the previous release of THL. The mod makes you feel like you are running a bfme empire, all the walkers around the buildings add to this feel. The fact that this mod was made on 2.02 also adds to the great wide screen visuals and amazing models created by the team. You all know that I love BFME games and that I am a well known tester for many of these mods, but this one blew me away. I would like to become a tester and help as much as I can to make this mod a screaming success. Amazing work keep it up!!
Awesome mod... great chance to surpass edain in my opinion.
Need to fix a few issues here and there like getting the rohirrim mini faction working. Great models and impressive detail, All and all a 10 from my side.... only downfall is the time it takes to complete the next version of the mod..... i need it now!!
