Cant edit my comment anymore - but here's solution - I got all the buildings I wanted, including Fleet Command, by changing my home (starting) planet to Terran Home.

Hello, my galaxy forge maps do not have that hero spawning building, while all other maps do. My first planet only has one constructor, that's all. It would be lovely if we actually could build those buildings, and spawn heroes like we build titans (for money, not for free). :D

I use a bit of everything lol. My Skyrim has 180+ mods of all kinds, bugfixes, graphical mods, adult mods, I had even 2 "data" folders - one for Requiem and other for SkyRe. I play Soase R and I love total conversions for it, like those which bring star trek universe into Rebellion. So my favourite mods are bugfixes and total conversions, but everything else is cool too! :)
