Five days ago I started the journey. A journey that ended with me basically pulling a continuous blitzkrieg on the entire world where whole provinces fell each turn.
Only one small hamlet and a shadow of an army led by their lord Arsaces were my foundation. Yet from those humble beginnings I recreated the Persian Empire in all her glory.
My enemies became either my satraps or part of my ever expanding empire, rebellions were crushed wherever they started and even civil war could not stop the resurrection of the Persian Empire.
Arsaces (Age 60, Rank 11) personally led the Persian armies across the world. From the cold plains of the far east to the scorched sands of Africa and into Italy itself.
I built the Empire and now I leave it to you, Macedonian, to tear it down. (Of course, anyone else can try as well).

EDIT: In case people don't understand. Me and my friends play this game extremely often yet until recently nobody (or at least me) has beaten a single grand campaign.
I completely forgot about that graphic bug in Bactria. It is kinda an eye sore.
As usual your logic fails you, as I can neither continue your savegame as another faction. Adding to that Macedon has been wiped out :P
What exactly is the challenge? xD
If it is the best you in Empire creation, I need proof of date, difficulty and so on.
Actually I know you cannot continue it and also Macedon returned as rebels after capturing Pella.
The challenge is to capture all territory historically held by Alexander the Great (or Rome) or if you feel like a greater challenge all territory I have up here which is a tad more.
There is no challenge in that, all that can be achieved by any player. :P

For me it was a challenge. I hardly kept my sanity. Who knew leading an enormous empire would be that stressful?
At least I consider this an accomplishment and pretty challenging...
