It's out
They aren't allowed to make money from it.
GMT is a time standard. In other words, GMT represents the time zones of the world. GMT 0 is places like the UK because that's where Greenwich is, where some clock is or something. Places east of the UK are usually +1, going further goes to +2 and +3 etc, while west usually goes backwards, so -1 etc the further west you go. For example east cost U.S.A is roughly GMT -7, which means in the UK if it's 7 in the afternoon, it's 12 in the afternoon in the U.S. If it's 7 in the afternoon in the UK, in Spain it's GMT +1, so it would be 8 o clock in the afternoon.
That's the easiest way of explaining it, you can find maps of what countries are what time zone, or you can just look up the countries time zone. GMT isn't the only thingy you have, I think UTC is another, but that's more common in North/South America I think.
Also, there's something called daylight savings time where timezones are pushed backwards 1 hour, I'm not exactly if daylight savings are active now but what DST does is simply save daylight in the periods where it gets darker earlier. Look it up on google if you still don't understand, but it's pretty simple.
Like previous posts, H1 means the first half of a year, meaning it can be released anywhere between January and June. They seem adamant that it will be a H1 release, so I'd say expect it around June.
Sounds like the installation may have failed. Try re-installing the mod, make sure you don't cut any corners and read the instructions step by step (that was the mistake I made)
H1 means the first half of a year. In other words it should come out anytime between now and around June.
It should be an easy change, if it's like that because of what I think it is. It could be set to a limit because, obviously, more units moving causes more stress on the system which can make more lag, so I guess it's probably to do with that, or it might just be something else of course.
@Mace-Windu Incorrect.
Like Kyofu said, it's a common bug (it's happend to me aswell), but it should be fixed in 1.2.
You have to reinstall it, otherwise the AI won't do anything. If you read the manual, you can easily install it properly after a couple of tries. If you STILL can't do it right after that, try looking for tutorials on youtube.
You installed it wrong, the AI packages aren't being detected, you need to make sure you installed it in the right folder. Uninstall RaW and read the manual fully, then try doing it step by step and don't cut any corners (that was the mistake I made a few times)
I think I heard that this is fixed in 1.2, or something about it anyway. Try checking on the forums :\
You need the full Empire at War game and the full Forces of Corruption DLC for this mod to work.
It took me around 3 or 4 tries to do it properly myself. If all else fails, you could try waiting for version 1.2 to come out, I hear they have a more simple install. There's a tiny chance that some of the files may be corrupt aswell, so you could try re-installing FoC and re-downloading RaW then trying to install it again.
Erm, they are still in the game, I'm sure Anakin/Obi Wan/Windu and Plo Koon get it while fighting in space on an earlier tier level, then it switches to the fighters they used in Episode 3 (can't remember the name)
You didn't install it properly. Uninstall it then read the instructions once or twice then make sure you follow it to the letter while installing it again, my mistake was going to fast.
They've already released almost all information on 1.2. Writing a complete list of changes to units (balance changes mostly) would take too much time, why ask for more information when there practicly is none? I just don't get it.
They've already said the best they are going to do with ETA is H1 which is the first half of 2012. Why do you want updates on progress? They'll say what's updated when it's realeased (they've already posted most before)
@Lusankya: They've already posted screenshots of the new units, any more screenshots will be what you've already seen and be a waste of time.
@Mulder7: That will also take alot of time away from the devs, why can't you just be patient and wait?
Pretty sure KH said they are balanced now. What pains me is when they have a planet full of them and them alone, the only thing that stands a chance against them is artillery and Mace Windu :|
No, I'm being patient because I know that saying 'i want it plzz' won't make it come out faster. If it comes out faster and faster it's only gonna be more buggy and have less fixes etc. I DO check this page every day or so to check if it's come out. Shut the **** up and wait you idiot.
H1 means the first half of the year. In other words, it can come out any time between now and June. I can't see why people can't just be ******* patient, makes me almost wish it wouldn't come out just to spite them.
I'd translate it into Welsh, but there's probably only 10 Welsh people who even play the mod, let alone actualy speak Welsh..
A decent computer only costs £500 (or $700-750) on a decent pay monthly basis of £40. Buying a mac is really stupid if you say it's cheaper. You dont buy a bottle opener to peel patatoes just because the bottle opener is cheaper.
People who don't know:
Q1 generally means the start of a year. So it could/should come out between January and April. Probably more towards January though.
It's your fault you bought a mac and you play games, you should have done your homework and found out that Macs aren't built for games.
Stop pesturing people to remake the whole mod because of you.
'Easy' mode will actualy be more of a casual game in 1.2, not to mention countless balance fixes and new units, you may also find it helpfull to play the new GC where each side starts with only 2 planets (So they can't just rush you as soon as they spawn)
